Here is a video of the function that is offered on the custom Omega V10 ROM for your Samsung Galaxy Note2. It offers a slight improvement from the stock ROM. Still running on android 4.1.2(jellybean) but it offers a few more customization in terms of animation extra toggle icons and a few more. What i can say is that this is the best so far for me.
